Sculpt'n Burn

Sculpt 'n Burn is a muscle-toning class combined with intense bursts of cardio. This class uses weighted bars, exercise bands, and/or dumbbells as well as steps and anything else that the instructor thinks might help you get a better workout! You perform traditional weight training moves as well as plyometrics and core isolations. It can be modifed for beginners though it is geared toward the sweat addicts. All of the equipment is provided. Just bring a water bottle!


PiYo is all about strength training and core conditioning for people who want to sweat their way to sculpted abdominals, increased core strength and greater stability! It's the perfect fusion equaling strength building, rhythmic movement and power with a foundation in Pilates and yoga that burns calories while transforming the body. It includes modifications so everyone can participate, yet offers progressions to challenge the more advanced, either way, you'll get results.
